From pellet to pallet
Four processes, one factory floor.
Film is blown
Monolayer and multilayer film extruded on site, then laminated, printed, slit and bagged without leaving the plant.
Form is taken
Injection and blow moulding for bottles, preforms, crates, pallets and the full household range.
Tanks are spun
Rotational moulding from 210 litres to 40,000 — water storage built for Malawian conditions.
Scrap comes back
Post-consumer and industrial scrap returned through our own recycling plant into non-food-contact lines.

Beverage bottlers, food processors, construction, agriculture and the household market — each with different tolerances, and different rules about what may touch the product.
Flexible Packaging
Monolayer and multilayer film, carrier bags, damp proof course and membrane — extruded, printed and slit on site.
